In 2 (two) case with one client has been violated 18-th Article, first paragraph of the Law of Georgia "On Facilitation of Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism" In particular, the microfinance organization did not find out the origin of the transaction and/or property (funds) in accordance with the legislation, which under the Article 3, Paragraph 3, sub-paragraph “z” of the Rules “On Determining the Penalty Amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organizations and its Administrators” approved by the Decree of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on February 5, 2020 №16/04 envisages a fine of GEL 3 000 (three thousand) on each case of infringement, in total - 6 000 lari;

1 (one) case of failure to report accurate information to the National Bank of Georgia during the inspection, which according to the article 3 paragraph 3 subparagraph “p” of the Rule Approved by the Decree №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on “Determining the Penalty amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organization and its Administrator” envisages a fine with the amount of 2 000 Lari on each case. In total- 2 000 lari.

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph "a", "Rules for recording, storing and submitting information on transactions by an accountable person to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia", approved by Order No. 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia dated June 5, 2020, 1 (one) case of incorrect submission of information by microfinance organization to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia regarding a monitored operation/transaction, which according to the article 3 paragraph 3 subparagraph “m” of the Rule Approved by the Decree №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on “Determining the Penalty amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organization and its Administrator” envisages a fine with the amount of 2 000 Lari on each case. In total- 2 000 lari.

In total Microfinance Organization was fined with 10 000 (Ten Thousand) lari.
